Welcome to the Track Order page. Here, you can easily track the status of your order using the WooCommerce Track Order form provided below. Please enter the required information to retrieve the details of your order.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Order Status Definitions:

  1. On Hold: Awaiting Payment
    This status indicates that your order has been received, but payment is still pending. Please ensure that you complete the payment process to proceed with the order. Once the payment is confirmed, the order status will be updated.
  2. Processing: Payment Received, Order Being Processed
    When your payment has been successfully received, the order status will be changed to “Processing.” This means that your order is being prepared and processed for shipment. Our team is working diligently to ensure your order is fulfilled accurately and promptly.
  3. Completed: Order Shipped Out
    Once your order has been shipped out, the status will be updated to “Completed.” This indicates that your order has left our facility and is on its way to the shipping address provided during checkout. You can expect to receive a tracking number, if available, which will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
